Want to get those crystal-clear keepsake photos and videos of your little one? Here’s how you can help us get the perfect shot:

💧 Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: Start drinking plenty of water 3 to 5 days before your appointment. Amniotic fluid acts just like a camera lens for the ultrasound—the clearer and more abundant it is, the crisper your photos will be!

🍎 Have a Light Snack: Eating a small meal or having a little natural sugar (like fruit juice) about 30 minutes before your session is a great way to wake the baby up so you can see plenty of movement.

👶 Baby's Position Matters: If your little one is facing your spine or hiding behind the placenta, don't worry! Your technician might ask you to change positions, walk around, or drink some cold water to encourage them to flip around.
