One thing about us… we’re gonna want the full life update 😂☕️

The wins, the hard days, the “okay wait, I have to tell you what happened…”

We want our office to be a place where you can show up exactly as you are. Need a listening ear? We’ve got you. Need to spill a little tea? We’ve got you there too.

Basically… don’t leave out the details. We’re invested now 😂

Apparently sitting down and spilling the tea with you guys is becoming my thing 😂

But really, I’m feeling SO much better and it feels good to be back talking about what I love.

And lately, one thing I keep hearing from women in the office is simply, “I just don’t feel like myself.” Nothing is necessarily wrong, but you know when your body just feels… off.

That’s exactly why we talk so much about supporting your nervous system through all the different seasons life throws at us. 🤍

Anywayyyy… should we make tea time a regular thing? Lol ☕️😂 What should we talk about next?
