H2yO a SUP board or class for you! Are you new to Standup Paddleboarding? Take a private or small group lesson from one of our ACA (American Canoe kayak & SUP Association) instructors. Classes are scheduled through the summer on Tuesday and Friday nights 7pm and Wednesday morning 7am. Call to reserve your board now! stand up paddle board. Boards and basic instruction are provided. Private instruction is suggested for the first few paddles. Smaller groups, weekly power paddle/yoga sessions, special group rates,all available, call for more info. We can arrange to come to you or meet us on the water at Lake Ivanhoe in Downtown Orlando. No yoga experience is nescessary, but you MUST be comfortable in the water and know how to swim. You probably won't fall in, but you might want to! Rest assured, Julie and Jackson are certified Red Cross Lifeguards. YOGA ON THE WATER is a strength building, mind-blowing experience you won't want to miss out on! Challenge yourself and your practice by taking a trip back to the very first time you stepped on your mat.
