Teamwork Birthing Comprehensive Midwifery services including routine prenatal care and laboratory testing, home birth and postpartum care. Every birth can be filled with joy.

Our desire as Midwives is to help empower the mother/family to have their ideal birth experience. Studies show that the use of midwives has been proven to decrease the length of labor, the need for epidurals and/or C-Sections while increasing the mother’s satisfaction and mother/baby outcomes.

Surprise baby boy! And surprise you’re catching him yourself. This little guy made a speedy entrance while we were racing down I-4. Mom thought she had a few hours to delivery, doula hadn’t left yet, dad had only been awake for a few minutes. There is no guarantee, but we say most second babies are faster than the first. It’s hard to believe if you labored over 24 hours the first time and pushed for 5 hours. Anything shorter sounds like a better idea. Right?!?!? We are super proud of this mom and dad. We are grateful to have been able to work with them since the beginning of their parenting journey.

A mom mention to us this week about she feels like she’s getting extra with the surprise of her little one coming early. This made me think of how I feel about the special surprise kiddos that were not in their families original plans. Often we say “see ya laters” to families knowing they feel complete and we won’t get to care for them in the same way in the future. Then some of y’all get a surprise and it surprises us too! These little ones are just icing on the cake of this job.

Yes. That’s a bounce house in Midwife Cassie’s office. Each room is transformed and ready for you!
Come see what all we have planned this month for the moms meet up on Friday, the 25th. AT OUR OFFICE! Woohoo!! 10am-12pm
There will be games and music and lots of fun stuff for the kids to play while the mamas get to chat.

This is what it looks like when a baby is born into a circle of love, a mother held, a family gathered, hearts wide open.

Every hand here carries intention. Every gaze, a blessing. In this room, love was palpable and God’s presence undeniable.

When a baby is welcomed like this, seen, celebrated, and covered in prayer and connection, they are met not just by their family, but by the divine.

This is the beauty of home birth. This is the power of being known and held from the very first breath.
