Healing and mediumship

When two souls hold firm to a conflict the standoff can carry on for years. Until one leaves their body, and the one remaining here is filled with grief, loss, and confusion.
What most don’t realize is when one is on the other side there is an immense opportunity for healing, as the one who has passed is open and can see the situation at a soul level and therefore can hold space for the living to come to place of peace and harmony. They have the potential to become our greatest teachers.

My Theia, Elani Zachariou, was this for me. She came into my life when I needed to be shown what unconditional love was. Although our time together was short, and now complete, it was fulfilling and beautiful. The purest gift.

What would your life look like if you were unabashedly honest? If you spoke all the words you held in, even if this meant hurting others. If you put your feelings first rather than everyone else. If you stopped lying to yourself about what you think you want or what everyone else’s thoughts on how you should live your life.
Freedom is inside all of us and is constantly trying to show itself. It is the feeling underneath obligation, the other side of anxiety, and the opposite of depression. Why do we focus on the negative when all we have to do is listen?
My work is focused around freedom, in all aspects of life. Listening to your inner guidance which will set you free. Through healing you can achieve freedom and walk in a life that is truly authentic.

Soulmates & Past Life Connections
Ones who we have shared lifetimes together.
They are here for us to light our way, lead us back to the path we are meant to be on, reveal our shadows, amplify our light, remind us what it feels like to be truly loved as the love we share with them is ancient and carried across lifetimes.
We are not always meant to be together in this life, even thought the pull to be with them can be haunting.
If we are lucky and possess the capacity to understand the energy exchange we can keep them close in this lifetime as a source of Light.
Some connections show us our darkest side, the side that we hide or unaware of it’s existence.
Depending on the karmic energy they become our greatest source of love and hate.
Nemesis are often a soul connection in which needs to play out in this life to create balance or clear the energy.

At the end of each year I hold a ceremony for myself to release what is no longer serving me so I can enter the New Year clear of old energy… Not this year. I feel as though 2024 has been a massive ceremony in which I have been cutting cords, saying goodbye to people, and releasing old aspects of myself I thought I needed to survive.
As I sit here and enjoy the last few hours of 2024 I’m reminded to be present as I go to gratitude for all the wisdom I have pulled from this year.
Gratitude for my strength and ability to alchemize heartache into power, turn hurt into love, and the clarity to embrace the knowing in which am not defined by my wounds. I am defined by my capacity to Love.
