Dr. Noah Lebowitz - Applied Kinesiology Dr Noah Lebowitz, is a chiropractor specializing in Applied Kinesiology on Maui and works with patients of all types to help optimize ones health.

Welcome to the site of Dr. Noah Lebowitz. My goal is to help each and every one of my patients restore their health and reach their optimal potential as quickly as possible. To be a doctor means to be a teacher, and my goal is to educate each and every one of my patients on how to regain their life. My treatment involves identifying any potential stressors to your body and eliminating them; thus, allowing your body to return to it’s natural healthy self. These stressors could involve food sensitivities, microbial imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, heavy metal toxicity, structural imbalances, and many other issues. I use Applied Kinesiology as my main technique, and then along with it use a myriad of techniques to help me deal with whatever issues are suspected from a complete medical history, physical exam, and any necessary lab work. I've seen more and more stressed out kids in my practice, so I wanted to make something that would help them. That is why ashwagandha is now available as a tincture.

If your child has low energy, trouble sleeping, anxiety, or depression, ashwagandha may be an herb that you want to try.

20 pounds 2-5 drops 3x per day
30 pounds 2-6 drops 3x per day
50 pounds 5-10 drops 3x per day
100 pounds 10-20 3x per day

That's a general guideline for how I like to do dosing.

I still prefer the pill for adults and those that can swallow pills, but for those that have trouble swallowing pills and for kids, I love the tincture.

There are worst things than sugar out there, but you need to remember that refined sugar is never a health food and has many harmful consequences.

The past three weeks have been kind of crazy. Traveling overseas. Chickenpox. Water leak and mold in our house. Let's just say it's been non-stop.

Here's a small update on the water leak and mold and what we are doing for it. Much more to come.

The two most important things from this slide post are that mold can grow extremely fast. Also, just because you got exposed to the same mold does not mean that you and your family need to necessarily treat it the exact same way. Oftentimes the same way works, but it does not always.

I'm not trying to scare people about past deodorant use, but I am trying to educate people to make smarter decisions in the future
If a deodorant advertises aluminum chlorohydrate free, do not use it. It's using aluminum just in another form.

Even if it says aluminum free, you need to be able to read the label and look for things like alum or various clays, which generally all have about 20% aluminum.
