If you or your child has been struggling with ADHD and wondering where to turn, Citizen Advocates provides the full continuum of care right here in Upstate New York: diagnosis, therapy and medication management, all under one roof.

Our therapists work with children and adults on the skills that make everyday life more manageable, including organization and time management, emotional regulation and coping with rejection sensitivity. And when medication is part of the picture, our therapist and provider team can evaluate, diagnose and prescribe.

✨ Lights, camera, confidence! The North Franklin Day Habilitation Program at Citizen Advocates turned up the glamour for the annual Be Your Own Kind of Beautiful Red Carpet Walk, and honestly, one post wasn't enough.

Every participant stepped into the spotlight and owned it, bringing their own flair, personality and unique energy to the runway. The annual event was a full-on celebration of what makes each and every person one of a kind.

We have per diem RN openings at our Malone Behavioral Health Campus, where our team provides 24/7 walk-in crisis stabilization, addiction recovery and mental health care. Starting wage is $45/hour with a $10/hour overnight shift differential.

We also have full-time LPN positions in our Community Living department, where you'd support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives. LPN starting wages range from $23.50 to $27.50 per hour, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.
