🎨 The Art of Grief: Healing Through Creativity 🎨

Grief can be difficult to put into words, but sometimes a paintbrush can express what the heart cannot.

Join us for The Art of Grief, a unique and uplifting workshop led by April Hannah, LMHCD, where creativity becomes a pathway to healing. Through guided artistic expression, participants will learn a high-frequency healing art technique and create their own abstract painting to take home as a meaningful reflection of their journey.

After co-facilitating three after death connection grief retreats with , we decided to hold a reunion for the participants to come back together and share how they have changed since the retreat experience.

The focus of this reunion was to offer participants the idea of seeing their future self holding both the pain of grief and the joy of life as they continue to grieve the people who died and continue to live without them and still experience joy. Grief and joy can coexist.

I led them through a guided meditation to meet their future self and express all the feelings they have been experiencing and how they want to feel. I shared my High Frequency Healing Art technique and these beautiful pieces of art came alive.

Watching people create brings me so much joy even when there is deep pain.

Keep painting ladies!

Thanks to for hosting us and allowing us to create in your studio.

I will not be co-facilitating the next after death connection retreat in October but there is still one spot left waiting to be filled. Please contact Kelly for more information or send me a DM and I will connect you with her.

Can you feel the energy in the NY air tonight?

Looking forward to an exciting game! Brings me back to many fun memories when I played basketball in HS and college. Nothing better than going into a high pressure game and being part of a team.

Your anxiety may not be a mindset problem...it may be a nervous system response.

This month inside the I Am Circle Membership on Patreon, we're exploring how childhood experiences, stress, and the nervous system shape the way we experience anxiety, overwhelm, people-pleasing, burnout, and emotional exhaustion.

Tomorrow at 6:30 PM I'll be teaching live and guiding a heart-centered Metta Meditation designed to help you reconnect with a sense of peace, safety, and inner balance.

For just $8.99, you'll receive access to this live event plus an entire month of teachings, meditations, sound healing experiences, and wellness support and you can cancel anytime!

If you've been curious about joining, this is a beautiful month to begin.
