✨ One beautiful chapter is coming to a close, and an even more exciting one is just beginning. ✨
As I prepare to leave my Mamaroneck office, I’ve been reflecting on what this space has meant to me.
Within these walls, I have witnessed miracles. I’ve supported women through fertility journeys and held newborn babies that were once just a dream. I’ve walked alongside patients through cancer treatments, autoimmune flares, chronic pain, anxiety, heartbreak, and healing. I’ve celebrated victories both big and small and had the privilege of caring for generations of families.
For every person who has trusted me over the past several years—thank you. It has been one of the greatest honors of my life. You have allowed me to live my purpose every single day, and I will be forever grateful.
While this chapter is closing, the story is only getting better. I’ve dreamed of creating something bigger—a place where healing, community, education, and connection come together—and that dream is finally becoming a reality.

This isn’t an ending—it’s a beautiful transition. A chance to grow, to reach more people, and to create the kind of wellness community I’ve envisioned for over 15 years.
To every patient, friend, family member, and supporter who has been part of this journey: thank you for believing in me. Thank you for trusting me with your health, your stories, and your hearts.
I’m walking into this next chapter with so much gratitude, a few happy tears, and endless excitement for what’s to come.
