Killing at 84. That’s our goal , dynamic, powerful, quick strong athletic into our 80s.

Two days before turning 84, Harrison Ford went out alone for a bike ride through Los Angeles...
Then photos of his physique reminded the internet that Indiana Jones is apparently still refusing to grow old. 💪
Ford was photographed preparing for his ride in a low-cut cycling bib that revealed muscular arms, defined shoulders and a level of fitness many people decades younger would struggle to maintain.
But his condition is not the result of a last-minute transformation.
It is the result of discipline maintained across more than 40 years. ❤️
Ford began training seriously in the early 1980s while preparing for Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.
Working with fitness trainer Jake Steinfeld, he followed a demanding routine built around moderate weights, high repetitions and consistent training.
The goal was not simply to look strong.
He needed a body capable of surviving the physical demands of playing one of cinema’s greatest action heroes. 🎬
More than four decades later, Ford is still following the same basic philosophy.
His current trainer, Jaime Milnes, focuses on full-body strength, core stability, mobility and preventing injuries rather than chasing oversized muscles.
Outside the gym, Ford stays active by cycling and playing tennis.
He has also described his diet as simple and even “boring,” built largely around fish and vegetables after eliminating meat and dairy. 🚴‍♂️
But perhaps the most impressive part is that Ford is not maintaining his health so he can quietly disappear into retirement.
He is still working.
He is filming the fourth season of Apple TV’s Shrinking, continuing a career that has already lasted more than six decades.
When asked about retirement, Ford has made his feelings clear.
He still loves the work.
Without it, he said, he would not know what to do with himself. ❤️
At 84, Harrison Ford is not trying to become the man he was when he first played Indiana Jones.
He is proving that strength at an older age is not about defeating time.
It is about continuing to move, work and enjoy your life while time keeps moving with you.
Does seeing someone remain this active at 84 change the way you think about growing older?

Send this to someone you’re on your health journey with.

Every meal, every workout, every night’s sleep—it’s all building the future you. What you do now, in your 20s, 30s, and even 50s, shapes the health you’ll experience in the decades to come.

To understand why the choices you make today impact your future health, consider this: chronic disease and mobility loss are rooted in long-term, silent processes. Inflammation, poor diet, stress, and lack of exercise can slowly damage your cells, arteries, and brain, starting decades before symptoms appear.

These conditions are not random—they develop over time based on lifestyle factors. Every healthy choice you make now can slow or even prevent these processes. It’s all connected.

It’s never too late—or too soon—to start living well.
