Must haves-
Towel to dry off afterwards (we always supply one for you in the sauna).
Water bottle. Dehydration and sauna do not mix.
Merino wool clothing. Plastic materials (most bathing suits) are harsh on the skin.
A good book. Love a good read in between sessions.
Sauna hat. Protects the heat from your head and prevents hair damage.
