💚 Just a quick reminder that our schedule will be a little different next week while our family is away on vacation. Please check the schedule before coming to class, as some classes will be covered by our wonderful substitute teachers and others will be taking the week off.

Dear Yoga Hive Community,

We want to share that Jenn’s sister, Colleen, has passed away. Our family is taking time to grieve, be together, and support one another through this loss.

Because of this, some classes may be changed, canceled, or covered by another teacher over the coming days. Please keep an eye on the schedule and our social media for any updates before heading to class.

Morning Movement with Kevin
Tuesdays • 7:00 AM

Start your day with mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation.

This class is designed to gently wake up the body, improve mobility, and create a sense of calm and focus before the day begins. Drawing inspiration from the flowing movements of Tai Chi and Qigong, we’ll explore simple, accessible movement patterns, intentional breathing, and finish with a guided meditation.
