Sometimes support starts with something simple: checking in, listening without judgment, and taking someone seriously when they tell you they’re struggling.

You don’t need to have the perfect words. You can ask, “Are you okay?” You can stay. You can listen. You can help someone connect with support.

And if you’re the one struggling, reaching out is enough of a first step. You deserve to be heard and supported.
