Enjoyed a 1-day break amidst a chaotic 2 weeks climbing a part of the Gunks, NY with my little one, who’s no longer little and was flying on the rock face. Loved it!!

It made my day receiving this pic and hearing my patient is "so happy" after her rhinoplasty. She's a beautiful young lady, inside and out, from a wonderfully kind and thoughtful family. Her nose appears appropriately feminine, without unnatural exaggeration, and compliments all of her aesthetic facial lines. Very happy for her!

Awards season just kicked off and so far we’re one for one. We received the Best of the Jersey Shore Gold Medal Award for Best Plastic Surgical Practice and the Silver Medal Award for Best Physician! Shout out to one of our star nurse injectors Kiera Farley for crushing the HYROX NYC yesterday with her brother. 90 degree heat and still smiling at the end. Dog mentality - love it!!

If you haven’t already met one of our superstar injector and laser specialists, Kiera Farley, be sure to do so soon! Kiera has been with us for 3 years mastering the intricate techniques behind advanced facial aesthetics. She joins our injector staff of Dr. Sparano and Nurse Practitioner Bri Boles, along with skin care specialist Sue Liedel.

Kiera has outstanding credentials as an RN since 2018 and is completing her Master’s degree for a Family Nurse Practitioner. As always comes out of this practice, Kiera delivers precision care with thoughtfully successful and natural-appearing results, always with her patients’ happiness as the top priority.
