You hear about reflux. Colic and Cluster feeding.

But no one talks about how tight neck muscles could affect SOOO MANY things.

Sleep gets harder because they struggle to turn their head both ways.Feeding can be frustrating because they may prefer one side. And constantly laying the same direction can even start to affect head shape.

It’s one of those things you don’t really think about until habits start to form and they become more fussy, and sleep and eat less. Getting a baby used to the new world is hard but you can help elevate some of the discomfort with light adjustments!
