Situation when you come for a massage.

Your therapist has left the room and you’re so excited to get in the table! You get ready and pause at the table before getting on. “Did she say face up or face down?” It happens to everyone!! Excitement overshadows the directions. 😃

If the face cradle is not on the table, your therapist wants you to start face up, if it is on the table, face down.

I’m a massage therapist, reflexologist, and yoga teacher with a passion for helping people feel their best through healing touch, movement, and balance.
