You are feeling all the feelings today. Filled with memories. Filled with thoughts. All from the past.

Try not to block what comes up today. There is a reason it is coming forward. And this is because it needs to be healed. Allowing it to come forward will help you to realize similarities to a situation that is currently occurring. A situation that is frustrating. And yet you’re not sure how to deal with it. But when you allow those memories forward, you will recognize that this or something similar has happened in the past. And you don’t wanna deal with it again. So allow yourself to review and to understand what might have been able to have been done differently. And then do it this time round this will allow you to heal from the situation and not have to repeat it in the future . And so it is. 🙏

Singing bowls, gentle instruments, Reiki and cozy blankets—a peaceful way to spend an autumn evening. We’ll use heated blankets to warm your spot before you arrive.

You don’t have to stay up past midnight to watch this meteor shower. ✨

The Draconids peak Thursday evening, October 8. Find a dark spot after sunset, give your eyes time to adjust, and watch the sky. The shower is usually modest, but with little moonlight to interfere this year, you might catch a shooting star before bedtime.
