Join me this Sunday at 3:00 PM for a relaxing and informative Tea Time Health Talk, where we’ll explore simple ways to improve your health naturally.

We’ll be discussing an important wellness topic: microcirculation—what it is and how it impacts your energy, sleep, discomfort, stress, recovery, and the body’s ability to heal. When circulation is working well at the cellular level, the entire body functions better.

During the event, you’ll also have the opportunity to experience several wellness technologies, including:

This month, we’ll be focusing on ✨healthy aging & longevity✨— understanding what’s happening in our bodies as we age and what we can do to support long-term energy, resilience, and wellness.

I’m looking forward to having Donna Kaplan Figueroa, Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner and Hormone Specialist with Midlife Midwife Functional Health, join us to share her perspective and insights.

These gatherings are small, relaxed conversations at my home — a space to learn, ask questions, and connect with others who want to take a more active role in their health and support how they feel day to day.

I’ll also briefly touch on microcirculation and cellular health, and offer optional BEMER demos for anyone who’s interested.
