Perimenopause can be seriously uncomfortable, but you are NOT alone in this.

Some nights feel like a full-on sauna, but little things can help.

One thing I recommend using is peppermint oil. It can be calming and cooling, and just enough relief to comfort you.🌿✨

Perimenopause can bring shorter cycles, longer gaps, heavier days, lighter days… basically, your body rewriting the rules. It’s not always predictable, but it is natural.
