Hey! I’m Tricia. I am a nationally certified mental health counselor and board certified music therapist. I received my degree in music therapy from Marywood University and received my graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. Over the last 10 years, I have worked in mental health care in a variety of settings including inpatient treatment and public education. I work with clients of all ages using a combination of client centered, expressive arts, and mindfulness approaches. This means sessions can have any combination of talking, creative expression through art and music, mindfulness, and body integration in an empathetic and non-judgmental space. I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges and grow resilience to traverse life’s lows and embrace life’s highs. This is accomplished by adapting sessions to each person’s unique needs while working toward healing and overall wellness.

Meet Gabby Casey, MA:

Healing occurs when we feel seen, heard, and accepted. We become empowered to live a life that aligns with our values. A felt sense of safety and grounding is key to regulating our nervous systems and accessing our inner wisdom. We will work collaboratively on challenges and explore how they can be opportunities for personal growth. We will explore specific tools and coping strategies that can be useful for you in your process.

As a yoga instructor, I integrate yoga and embodiment practices into my work as well as mindfulness, self-compassion, cognitive behavioral therapy, communication skills, grounding techniques, coping strategies, emotional freedom technique (tapping), art approaches and more. I am always expanding my clinician’s toolbox so you can reach your therapy goals.

I enjoy working with all ages on anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, unhelpful thinking patterns, emotional regulation, and stress-related issues. I have experience working with thought, mood, and personality disorders as well as behavioral and emotional difficulties in an alternative school setting. I am telehealth only.

Gabby is accepting new clients!

Using Puppets in Therapy: Communication at Your Fingertips

This experiential workshop introduces mental health professionals to the creative use of puppetry in therapeutic settings. Participants will explore the history of puppetry, learn how puppets can enhance communication and self-expression, and identify client populations who may benefit from this approach. Through hands-on experience, attendees will engage with a variety of puppets, practice puppeteering techniques, and construct their own unique puppet. Participants will then use their puppets in guided exercises and short performances, gaining practical strategies to incorporate puppetry into future therapeutic work.
Sue M. McLaughlin, BA, MPS

Sue has spent most of her career working backstage in live theatre. She was an assistant puppet supervisor and puppet supervisor for the Broadway, and touring productions of The Lion King and Frozen. Her experience allowed her to travel extensively through the US and Canada. Witnessing firsthand the impact puppetry can have on an audience, she is excited to combine this knowledge with her art therapy background to lend the power of puppetry to groups and individuals. Allowing the mind to engage in a bit of magic can open new pathways of expression and understanding.

October 24, 2025
Workshop will run 9am to 12 noon, 1:30pm to 4:30pm, and 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
This will include theory, practice, creation of your own puppet(s), and an evening performance created during the workshop for friends and family.

Meet Sara Cahn, MA, MS, L.M.T.:

I specialize in working with trauma using psychodrama, art therapy, and play therapy. Human imagination and creativity allow us to reach parts of ourselves with care without re-traumatizing the soul. Therapy should be a safe space to explore the essence of who we are and how we operate. This is a space I am honored to hold for people. I hold an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, an M.S. in Ecology, a B.A. in Theater Arts, have graduated a three-year tracking and survival program in the wilds, worked as a wildlife guide in Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, was a teacher for 18 years, and occasionally enjoy creating murals.

My journey has led me to live around this country and in others. I enjoy the ecology of humans just as much as the wilds. Using a humanistic lens, I endeavor to help identify the threads that have woven the fabric of who we are today. Through gentle examination and curiosity, we can come to love ourselves as we wish to be loved.
Sara is accepting new telehealth clients now!
