✨ **We're Excited to Announce... We Now Offer EMDR Therapy!** ✨

The Family Counseling Center of Middle Tennessee is proud to now offer **Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)** therapy.

EMDR is an evidence-based treatment that helps people process traumatic or distressing experiences so they no longer feel "stuck" in the present. It has helped many individuals struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, and other overwhelming life experiences.

Many people describe EMDR as helping them finally move forward after feeling like they have understood their experiences logically but continued to react emotionally.

Every person's treatment is individualized. We'll work with you to determine whether EMDR is an appropriate part of your therapy journey.
