🎤 Some more news from the Marcrom's family!

Another one of our own "on the stage"!

Our General Manager, Joe McKamey, was invited to speak on a national panel — "Innovating with Trust: Securing the AI-Driven Pharmacy" — as part of Cardinal Health's National RBC Conference. 💡

Joe helped answer one of the biggest questions facing our profession right now: how are pharmacies actually applying AI today? As an independent community pharmacy, we're proud to be part of that conversation — showing how innovation can make care faster and smarter while keeping patient trust and security and most importantly - relationships - front and center.

Joe is just another in a long line of recognition over the past several years! Kim Roberts and Richard Randolph were both recently recognized in separate years as the TN Pharmacist of the year. Margo Cox was the TN Compounding Technician of the year. Not so long ago Tom Marcrom was awarded the prestigious Bowl of Hygeia. Robbie Monahan was recently asked to present about some of the innovative ways we help fill in some of the primary care gaps in the state and also asked to present to pharmacy students about how the retail independent pharmacy is a backbone in the communities they serve.

These and many others at Marcrom's are the people who show up every single day and set the standard for what community pharmacy should be. 👏

And none of this happens by accident. Our founder, Ray, valued innovation because "Every person matters" so we never stop looking for better ways to take care of our patients and our community. Every bit of innovation we chase today is a continuation of the legacy he started. ❤️
