We are fortunate enough to have these 3 beautiful ladies here with us, along with 2 others that was not able to join the club today. They’ve all shared their wonderful advice for living past 100, which includes simple secrets like 'just keep moving,' 'walk a lot and eat chocolate,' and 'stay in control of your mind.'"
We asked them- What is one thing you clearly remember when you were young?
Julie said, β€œThe day I got married, who wouldn’t forget that? I weighed 100 pounds at the time.”
Gerry said, β€œ The day I started 1st grade, I was 5 years old. I was a smart kid and all good marks on my grades.”
Adela said, β€œThe fires in 1931 in Nashua, there were so many fires and having to experience that. I was 6 years old.
