Another random post of an old photo just to say hello. I seldomly and only sporadically use social media these days. My brain feels quieter when less tethered to digital media - but / and I know that I need to retain some online presence to run a business and let you know I'm still around. My massage practice is still thriving at the Armory in Manchester and I continue to dabble with photography and other creative art mediums making mostly abstract paintings on the side. How are you?

If you want a massage that is better than Charlie's, book with me today. There are several budget friendly options to choose from if a traditional one hour massage feels out of reach. The 40 minute face, scalp, neck and shoulder massage and the 30 minute foot massage both touch on reflex points that can help the whole body/mind/spirit relax. You can book an appointment directly online by following the link and clicking the ''book now'' button.

Hello all.

Just a heads up for your next massage appointment that parking out front on Main St at the Armory may be less than ideal until the snow melts or is further removed.

There is a parking lot behind the building on Guard Street. You will see signs that say 'Armory parking only'.

From there you will see a set of brown doors located down a few steps, that are marked 'Entrance'.

Once inside, walk to the end of the long hallway, through the set of doors, up the flight of stairs, and go left and then left down the hallway.

Hope this helps make your visit easier!
