Traditional Kundalini yoga, also known as the Yoga of Awareness and Transformation, combines breathing techniques, movement and meditation to provide profound physical and mental benefits.
Whether it’s your first time doing yoga or your 100th… it is easy to learn and can even be done while sitting in a chair!

We are currently amid highly stressful and chaotic times which are calling upon our own inner peace and grounding.
Practicing Kundalini yoga in your community and groups help us to tap into the Revolutionary Love these times are calling for. Love for ourselves, love for our families, love for our community, love for humanity and love for our planet.
These classes are inspired by the books Sage Warrior by Valarie Kaur and Fierce Vulnerability by Kazu Haga which both speak to us about finding the wisdom to envision a new world and the courage to fight for it.
Through self-care practices we can once again tap into love and joy living life in a brilliant, compassionate and powerfully hopeful way.
