The early weeks with a newborn are beautiful, but they can also be exhausting. You don't have to navigate those long nights alone.

As a Labor & Postpartum Doula, I provide compassionate, evidence-based overnight support so you can get the rest you need while knowing your baby is in caring hands.

✨ Overnight support may include:

🤍 Diaper changes, soothing, and settling baby

This is so true and why I love supporting families through overnight care. A well rested momma can focus on her baby and healing.

Postpartum deserves so much more attention than it gets.

We spend 9 months preparing for birth…
But what about the months (and years) after?

Your body is healing.
Your hormones are shifting.
Your nutrient stores are being rebuilt.
And if you're breastfeeding, your body is continuing to give so much.

One of the biggest things I wish more moms understood is that postpartum recovery isn't just about surviving the first 6 weeks. It's about supporting your body through an entire season of rebuilding.

We are excited to share that the Louisiana Dept of Health has removed some restrictions on birth centers in our state in order to make birth center care more accessible to the community.
1. If you take a prescribed SSRI medication, you may continue taking the medication throughout pregnancy and birth and remain in birth center care.
2. If this is your first pregnancy and you are > 40 years old, you may receive birth center care.
3. If you have had a previous cesarean section, you may receive prenatal and postpartum care at a birth center with a planned hospital birth.
