This weekend I had the privilege of serving as a Mentor and Visiting Faculty member at the CDOCS Lab-Quality Chairside Restorations: Mastering Stain and Glaze course in Charlotte, NC.

It was especially rewarding because it was my first opportunity to watch Dr. Jack Marrano teach this program. Jack and his assistant, Ash, did an outstanding job delivering practical, high-level education in a way that was both engaging and immediately applicable to clinical practice.

One of the things I appreciate most about every CDOCS course is a simple question:

"Can what you learned today be implemented on Monday morning?"

In this case, the answer is an emphatic YES.

The techniques, workflows, and clinical pearls shared throughout the weekend are things that can immediately elevate the quality, efficiency, and esthetics of chairside restorations. Those are the kinds of courses that truly make a difference—not just inspiring ideas, but practical solutions that improve patient care right away.

Thank you to Jack, Ash, the entire CDOCS team, and all of the doctors who attended and contributed to a fantastic weekend of learning and collaboration.

I look forward to assisting with this course again in the future.
