As a pillar of self-care, it is OK to indulge when you feel like your body needs comfort or when you just want to enjoy a meal, snack or treat!

Oftentimes, we label food as ‘good’ or ‘bad’ and end up restricting all ‘bad’ food from our lives. Instead, challenge yourself to make a conscious decision to choose what is best for you in each moment. This will allow for a better and more healthy balance for your ✨mind✨body✨soul✨
