For Megan, the heart of her work is connection. She feels grateful to walk alongside clients as a kind and caring “co-pilot,” helping them recognize their strengths, work toward their goals, and feel confident in the journey ahead.

One thing Megan wants people to know about therapy? There’s no one right way to do it. Therapy is a personal experience, and each person’s journey should be unique to them.
