12hrs at 200, wrapped with tallow when it reached 165, then 8 more hours at 250 until 205. My whole family loved it, unbelievably tender and extremely moist. 2nd brisket that I've done the exact same way and I wouldn't change a thing. I used foil for the wrap and it rested for 3 hours. Pitboss pellet smoker.~~

Which one do yall prefer? I honestly used to love ribeyes but NY strips seem more aesthetically pleasing to me lol.~~

🍕 Crispy Carnivore Pizza Crust
(3 Ingredients • Zero Carb • High Protein)
This Crispy Carnivore Pizza Crust is golden and crispy on the outside, slightly chewy on the inside, and strong enough to hold all your favorite toppings without falling apart. Made with just 3 simple animal-based ingredients, it’s perfect for carnivore and keto lifestyles—and it reheats beautifully without getting soggy!
📝 Ingredients
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large eggs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional Toppings:
Pepperoni
Cooked ground beef
Bacon
Extra mozzarella cheese
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix ingredients
In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until fully combined.
3️⃣ Form crust
Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a thin circle or rectangle shape.
4️⃣ Bake crust
Bake for 15–18 minutes until the crust becomes golden brown and crispy around the edges.
5️⃣ Add toppings
Remove from oven and add your favorite carnivore toppings.
6️⃣ Bake again
Return to the oven for 5–8 minutes until toppings are heated and cheese is melted.
7️⃣ Cool slightly & serve
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Make a marinade from soy sauce, a dash of sunflower oil, 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped, 4 tbsp lemon juice, a little sambal (hot sauce), a piece of finely chopped ginger, 1 tsp coriander powder and 2 tbsp brown sugar. Mix all this until the sugar is dissolved.
Cut chicken thigh fillet into pieces, place in a plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Let marinate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat to 200 degrees Celsius / 400 degrees fahrenheit. Bake the chicken in the basket of the airfryer for 9 minutes, shaking once halfway through. Enjoy!~~
