Company in Northeast Arkansas, that was first established in September of 2019 by founder and CEO Michael Thorpe. Our talented team is dedicated to providing compassionate care and strives to provide the highest standard of care to all the persons it serves, 7 days a week 24 hours a day. We understand life can be difficult at times and it is our goal to assist clients with achieving stabilization and long-term recovery. The overall focus of Delta Behavioral Health, LLC is to empower the persons it serves to recognize and manage steps needed to overcome the challenges of mental illness. If you are experiencing mental health obstacles of any degree, it is never too soon to request help and start working toward the life you desire. We will be happy to assist you. Our current office locations are 920 E. Medical Drive, Manila, AR and 833 E. Main Street, Suite A, Blytheville, AR. CLINICAL ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST

Delta Behavioral Health, LLC, is looking to hire a reliable, friendly, fast learning person to fill the position of Clinical Receptionist at our Blytheville, AR office.

Each applicant must possess the following: High school diploma or higher. Must have a great attitude, be professional, dependable, organized, and be a team player. Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Answer the phone with a polite, client-centered manner. Process referral requests & schedule appointments. Verify & update client & insurance information at each visit. Collect co-pays or deductibles, or self-pay amounts each visit. Maintain fast paced customer service with clients & coworkers. Data entry on basic software (MS Outlook, Word, EMR, etc). Good time management skills and ability to multitask. High-level of understanding and knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality. Ability to cross train as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures.
