Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, father figures, and caregivers making a difference in the lives of others.

Fatherhood isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, learning, growing, and continuing to try—even on the hard days.

The small moments matter: listening, encouraging, comforting, teaching, apologizing, and being present.

Today, we celebrate those who provide support, guidance, and care, and we recognize that parenting can be both rewarding and challenging.

Happy Father’s Day from New Beginnings 💙

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🌿

At New Beginnings Outpatient Therapy, we want to remind you that mental health isn’t a “special topic” to only consider in May… it’s part of being human.

Struggling doesn’t always look like struggling. Healing doesn’t always look like progress. And sometimes the bravest thing you can do is simply say, “I need support.”

This month, we’re holding space for the full spectrum of mental health:
✨ The quiet battles no one sees
✨ The people showing up even when it’s hard
✨ The courage it takes to start again
✨ And the reminder that you don’t have to do it alone

If you’re in a hard season, you are not behind. You’re not broken. You’re human — and support is available.

You deserve care that meets you where you are.

Our hearts are with a local family grieving the unimaginable loss of their child. đź’”

As a community, we show up for one another in moments like this. If you are able, please consider supporting their family through this GoFundMe as they navigate this devastating time.

No family should have to carry this kind of pain alone. Even sharing this post can help surround them with support, care, and compassion.

If you or your child are struggling in the wake of this loss, please know you don’t have to go through it alone. Take care of one another. Hiawatha Behavioral Health has walk-in services available locally Monday-Friday, and 988 is a 24-hour hotline you can call or text for immediate support. 🤍
