We provide free services that will strengthen families from all walks of life. We focus on the well-being of children through educating parents. We enable parents to better provide for, nurture and give value to their families.

Boutique Donations Update 💛

We are so grateful for our generous community and the many donations we receive to support the families we serve at The Crossing.

To help us make the best use of our limited space and resources, please remember that we can only accept new or gently used, clean, and usable items.

We do not accept adult clothing, and we can accept children's clothing up to size 6 only.

We kindly ask that you do not donate items that are soiled, damaged, or in poor condition.

Your thoughtful donations make a meaningful difference for the families we serve. Thank you for helping us keep our boutique stocked with items our clients can truly use. Please call our office with donation questions before dropping off.

Layers of Support: Emotional Support

Meeting with a Client Advocate gives parents a safe, non-judgmental space to share whatever they feel comfortable bringing to the conversation. Whether they need encouragement, someone to celebrate with, or simply someone to listen, our Client Advocates are there to walk alongside families through each season of their journey.

Sometimes, the greatest support we can offer is simply being present.

Our clients consistently tell us that meeting with a Client Advocate is the most helpful service The Crossing provides.

Because every family needs more than resources—they need connection, encouragement, and someone who believes in them.

Layers of Support: Parenting Education

From the moment a parent sees a positive pregnancy test, we want them to feel prepared and supported. Whether it is their first child or their third, every parent can benefit from learning more about their child’s development, understanding their child's needs, and discovering new ways to encourage and connect with their children.

Through parenting education, we don't just provide information—we empower parents with practical tools while reminding them of the strengths they already have.
