What started as a dream to create a space where people could move, heal, connect, and feel at home has become something so much bigger than me. It has become a community.

I am incredibly grateful for every person who has walked through our doors, trusted us with their wellness journey, attended a class, booked a service, shared a kind word, or told a friend about Ember.
