As of today I have been working at Kinetic for 3 years.

Here are a few pictures of our adventures such as the Kinetic weddings, baby scottie's office visit, my two cats (Rosie - Grey and Costella - Brown), halloween, and my first picture at Kinetic.

I remember first talking with Dr. Luke over the phone while I was in the throws of moving back to Mankato from Winnipeg, Canada. I came back home excited for a new adventure.

Three years later, I earned my Master’s in Business Admin, started my own business, got married, and bought my first home. It has been crazy.

I am so thankful for the opportunities I have here and all of the support I have gotten.
So many of you have reached out congratulating me today and it fills my heart with gratitude.
Knowing my coworkers and our patients is a privilege and I am so excited to continue working here. Let’s all keep going with Kinetic “because life is a sport!”

🌟🌟APPRECIATION POST🌟🌟

If you’ve stopped through the clinic over the past few years, chances are you were greeted by this wonderful human as soon as you walked through the door. We’re so lucky that Alexandra Bidwell has been a part of the Kinetic Team, sharing her great presence, office skills, and colorful magic with all of us.

Which is why today we celebrate Alex’s
3 year WORK-iversary at Kinetic Spine & Sport .

We ALL need REMINDERS - I had a chat with a patient that is also going to PT for her shoulder. It's been a work in progress for them since the shoulder has been bugging for a long time. Their options were 1) Surgery 2) try PT… and like most, she wants to avoid surgery. After months of progress, she had a big “setback” over the weekend after her last session. Nothing new happened at the session, but the extra soreness hit so hard she had to wear a sling for a few days. Talk about discouraging. We talked through it a bit and I said
1) us clinician also get discouraged when this happens, so you’re not alone
2) “setbacks” are very NORMAL and often expected
3) if we zoom out, we might see that we are still right on track once we get past these tough days
She said the reminder was very helpful in shifting her perspective. I told her even us clinicians need these same reminders, so don’t worry, we’re still in this together.
