When you hear a statement and all it takes is a few words to deeper understanding.

More like a deeper questioning of self or your heartstrings…

That was me ..

What’s your vision , mission blah blah after those 2 words …

All else just flushes away .. I’m left with foundation, devotion to the mother .

Clear all the nose out , truly get to the core of oneself we can hear the echos .
The truth , will , determination, the heart , soul’s breath speaking to why we find ourselves here.

Without the beliefs of others , it comes to just what’s flowing through this body , the heart .

It maybe complicated with all that constantly moving around us, however, when you clear the noise, bring yourself back to your breath into your core.
And listen

It shows its face its eyes, tears, pain, desires, love
All of it here to help you move forward

Homeschool inspiring post here ..

So fitting for all the parts of my life as per homeschool, fascial education and frequently learning.

We are diving into a water unit !
This isn’t basic water unit , it’s full of how to find water in nature and including the human body .

All the ways we can break down water 💧 in food , plants , bodies and bodies of water .

Truly expanding the lens on the basic system of water vs land mass structure . We will go into all the whys and how’s that we can ask about water .

And that will lead us back to our body.

Update for All!

I’m doing a new schedule style!

After a few years of navigating being a solo practitioner and homeschooling our girls it’s time to try something NEW !

Once a month
Twice a month

New client sessions

Will have a new structure so we can all flow through the day to day .

After having a few scheduling mishaps (3 in the last 4 months over 4 years )
I started looking at how to do things differently.

With your commitment to scheduling and your lifestyle, I recognize my own personal growth with/need for offering sessions with ease.

I’m a slow burn and have been waiting to see what’s being said so that I can move into this next phase .
Appreciate everyone who has been here even if it was a brief chat to years of practice.

Much love for you and your/our journey.
This new phase is about blending without separation or containment so we can step into a fullness ( especially myself as I merge my work with my mothering even more so ) 💝

Lately
The phrase “pinch me” pops in my head .
I could be in the full swing of the day or simply just in the shower looking up at the sky .
A hummingbird lands on the feeder a few feet from me as I’m shampooing my hair , again “pinch me” .

All I can say at this moment is thank you 🙏 .
Ofc not every moment is blissful but it is even when I’m skin is shedding again and my body remembers something that it feels like my bones will shatter or my teeth wanna pop out ! Yes it does feel this way for me sometimes .

I recognize the power underneath it all, something that is trying so to be here and yet with a breath I can be swept away with the wind .

As I dig my feet into the sand I know how I longed for this moment even before I was born, I’ve been here before and this time I’m ready .

Gift of true presence

With grace , love , truly seeing a person .

A way to move through life with this gift , this type of energy is what makes me keep moving forward in this way.

Not perfection because that’s not the goal (seriously let it go) the more the heart opens the deeper we open up to this kind of presence.

Where we can get saturated in this type of energy. Simply observing our children . (Try it)

Children have this unwavering presence, to be in something they become so swallowed up by a moment nothing else exists.

There was a time when I first had Olivia I was just so tuned into this aspect and remembering my own childhood having this ability. Then ,also having my heart cry out for more of this ( there is so much more ) .
Spending hours being creative, on a mission to find salamanders or simply redecorating my dollhouse and now as I witness this in my own children and children of my friends or even my friends now - I see the gift of presence. Magical gift

It’s without a doubt its quiet , soft , tender , engaging , sweet and most of all it has no agenda.

Over the past few years of rebuilding , I also have been blessed with so many beautiful people who have been this gift 💝 for our girls .

You know who you are , because the girls love you and get super excited about you being with them !


For this post specifically gonna call you out !
