This is bigger than skincare for me. It’s PURPOSE. 💚

When I created TheraVive Radiance Skincare, I wasn’t interested in simply putting another product on a shelf. I wanted to create something that represents what I believe: when you take care of yourself, it shows.

Your skin tells a story. It changes with age, hormones, stress, environment, lifestyle, and sometimes simply LIFE. And as we change, we have to learn how to care for the skin we’re in now.

That is the purpose behind TheraVive Radiance.

I want women and men to understand their skin, become intentional about caring for it, and feel confident when they look in the mirror.

And yes, this is my skin. My face. My product. No need to hide behind perfection. I believe in showing up authentically while continuing to care for what God has given me.

At 52, I’m not trying to look 25. I want my skin to be healthy, hydrated, cared for, and radiant at every stage of my life. And I want the same for you.

We’re not chasing perfection over here.

We’re protecting the skin.
We’re nourishing the skin.
We’re understanding the skin.
And we’re getting our GLOW back.

There’s something that I want you to remember about your skin: hydrated skin and healthy-looking skin go hand in hand. 💚🎊

I’m Tangerine K. Hope, owner of TheraVive MedSpa & Wellness Center, and today I’m introducing another product from our new TheraVive Radiance Skincare Collection—our Hydrating Face Moisturizer.

This one is formulated with aloe, ceramides, and hyaluronic acid, and each ingredient has a purpose.

💧 Hyaluronic acid attracts and holds water, helping the skin appear more hydrated and plump.

💚 Ceramides are naturally found in your skin and are an important part of the skin barrier. They help reduce moisture loss and support that protective barrier.

🌿 Aloe is commonly used in skincare for its moisturizing and soothing properties.

And here’s something I teach often: you can drink water all day long and still have dry skin. Your skin also needs a healthy barrier to help hold onto moisture.

After cleansing, apply your moisturizer while your skin is still slightly damp. And yes, moisturizer isn’t just for nighttime. For many skin types, moisturizing morning and evening can be an important part of a consistent routine.

Healthy skin doesn’t have to be complicated.

Cleanse it. Hydrate it. Protect it. And be consistent.

That’s exactly why I created TheraVive Radiance Skincare—I want you to understand what you’re putting on your skin and WHY you’re using it. 💚

Let me tell you something about exfoliating your skin… more is NOT always better. 💚

I’m Tangerine K. Hope, owner of TheraVive MedSpa & Wellness Center, and today I want to introduce another product from our new TheraVive Radiance Skincare Collection—our Exfoliating Face Scrub with Fruit Enzymes & Jojoba Beads.

So, why should you exfoliate?

Dead skin cells naturally accumulate on the surface of your skin. Exfoliation helps remove that buildup, which can leave your skin feeling smoother and looking brighter and more refreshed. It can also help prepare the surface of your skin for the products you apply afterward.

Our formula combines fruit enzymes with jojoba beads to provide both enzymatic and physical exfoliation.

Now listen to me on this part: you do NOT need to scrub your face every day. Over-exfoliating can irritate your skin and disrupt your skin barrier.

For many people, starting with 1–2 times per week is plenty. Your individual skin type, other products, and professional treatments should determine how frequently you exfoliate.

One thing I want to teach you through TheraVive is this: healthy skin is not about doing the most. It’s about learning what your skin needs and being consistent with it.

I’m Tangerine K. Hope, owner of TheraVive MedSpa & Wellness Center, and I’m excited to introduce one of our newest additions to TheraVive Radiance Skincare our Cucumber Daily Cleanser!

I wanted a cleanser that could become part of your everyday routine, something that cleanses the skin without making it feel like you’ve stripped everything away.

Our formula features Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) and white willow, ingredients commonly used in skincare to support the appearance of healthier, clearer, more balanced skin. And cucumber gives this cleanser that fresh, refreshing feel I wanted for the Radiance experience. 🥒

Here’s something I want you to remember: cleansing is not just about taking your makeup off. Throughout the day, oil, sweat, sunscreen, makeup, and environmental debris accumulate on your skin. A good cleansing routine prepares your skin for everything that follows.

And you don’t need 10 complicated steps to begin taking better care of your skin.
