I am a family physician and the founder of Livingspring Family Medical Center -a private practice born August 2020 in Mansfield, Texas. I help people (young and old) live long and well because I believe the quality of one’s life is just as important as the “quantity” of it. I am known to help people make their health a priority. I make the most of their wellness visits- these are your annual check

ups where we discuss ways to prevent illnesses for the now and the future. I combine healthy lifestyles and medications to improve health. I do all of the above on a platform of sincere care because I believe you do better when you feel sincerely cared for. I also believe in God as the originator of all true healing and I serve as a conduit - a channel- extending that to others through the medical services I provide. My goal is to leave this world a better place than I met it, one patient encounter at a time. I love dancing. I am Christian and I love the colors teal and orange. I am a wife and a mama of two. Here’s a little reminder today:

You are more than what you produce. 💪🏾

Rest is not laziness.😌

Taking a break is not failure.

Your worth is not measured by how much you accomplish.

So today, celebrate your work, but also remember to care for the person doing the work.

Your spirit, soul and body matter too. 🫂

This was one of those “Daughter, let me tell you something…” conversations.

We got talking about JOY and my Dad reminded me of something so important:

God’s joy doesn’t mean there won’t be challenges. 🤗

It means you know God is with you in the middle of them. 🫂

We talked about Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego going into the fire…

Three went in.

Nebuchadnezzar looked again and said, “Wait… didn’t we put three people in there?” 👀😂

There were four!

Because God was with them.

And Daddy said something I really loved:

Sometimes you go over the mountain. 🏔️

Sometimes you go THROUGH the mountain.

But either way…

God is with you. 📌

You may not know where the strength will come from.

You may not know where the wisdom will come from.

But when you need it, grace will meet you there.

📖 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13

So yes, Daddy… "God joy!"

The kind that says, “I may be in the fire, but I am not alone.”

And honestly, I needed that reminder too. 🥹

‎Me: your kidneys are starting to struggle, your blood pressure is high and your diabetes is a record high … but not in a good way 😞

‎I was concerned …

‎He ached and his legs tingled a lot

‎I said rather quietly ..

‎“My goal… our goal is to keep you as independent as possible”

‎We spoke kidney disease … dialysis and things

‎We spoke sweets… how grapes are also sweet

‎We spoke exercise … walks and such
‎
‎I want to keep you feeling as good as you look 😅😅

‎He agreed to make some changes..

‎Asked to give him 3 weeks to implement said changes

‎We talked team work - him, his nutritionist, his endocrinologist, his lady and I

‎Hi (high) fives were in order 👋🏽

‎His endocrinologist reached out 😅😅

‎“What did you say to him?”

‎I simply “nudged” him I responded…😉👀💕

‎“Whatever you did worked”

✅ Manage KPIs/KRAs and accountability
✅ Improve systems and workflows
✅ Delegate, problem-solve and follow through
✅ Support in-person and virtual teams
✅ Help create an excellent patient experience
✅ Stay organized and calm when things get busy
