Plateaus and Progression

After a certain point, lifting the same weight becomes easier, leading to plateaus in muscle growth. To progress, you need to increase the weight or change

Similarly, if you keep using the same emotional skills without challenge, you may hit a plateau. Introduce new challenges—like confronting difficult emotions or engaging in tough conversations—to keep growing.

Regular practice of emotional skills fosters emotional resilience and adaptability.
