My first time flying business 😳

Three days ago, I woke up before my alarm in a panic. I checked my flight and compared prices, and low and behold, this business class ticket was 150,000 points cheaper than the one I had purchased. And it was flight number 1167, which is Mark’s firefighter commissioner number 😯 It felt like a really incredible Godwink. Now to enjoy my time in France! More pics coming soon 🇫🇷

You know those videos of chiropractors adjusting someone where there’s a big cracking sound? You’re not gonna find that over here! 😅

Chiropractic care is not just cracks and pops - in fact, that’s not the goal at all. An adjustment is communication with the body, your nervous system, and it’s to support whatever your body needs.

While those pops and cracks provide a nice little dopamine rush, that’s not the treatment we’re going for! 🫶
