Let's walk! October 29th will be the last Thursday of 2026 that will be graced by daylight saving time. So far, the weather looks to be grand. Join me at the bike trail at 5 pm for a brisk walk, good company (dogs included), and a little Qigong. No leg punches, unless you insist 😉.

Everything changes. I've been teaching yoga for ten years now and I've had a good run, but it's time to roll up my mat and move on to new adventures. Thank you to all my fellow travellers along the way. Thank you to my friends.

The very good news is that the Mansfield/NorthCentral Ohio area has many excellent yoga teachers who can guide you in a variety of yoga styles. If you have someone in particular that you can recommend, please share in the comments below, maybe with a few words about the vibe of their teaching and how to connect with them.

Be good to your sweet self, and be good to one another. Much love, y'all.
