🎟️🧺 We kicked off our annual CNA Week Basket Raffle today with an amazing Relaxation Basket! Filled with everything needed for a day—or night, depending on your shift—of pure relaxation and self-care, this basket is the perfect way to help one lucky CNA unwind and recharge.

Our CNA’s work tirelessly caring for others, so this week we’re making sure they feel appreciated, celebrated, and spoiled! Stay tuned as we continue the fun all week long. 💙

In continuing our CNA Week celebration, we treated our Sub-lime CNA’s to a delicious lunch of sub sandwiches, chips, and an assortment of cookies generously provided by Superior Hospice. Of course, no meal is complete without an ice-cold Coke to wash it all down! 🥪🥤🍪

Today we celebrated quite pasta-bly the BEST CNAs ever! 🍝❤️

Our amazing CNAs were treated to Cajun Alfredo and garlic toast as a small token of appreciation for the compassionate care, hard work, and dedication they show every day. We are so grateful for everything they do for our residents and our facility!

Unfortunately, our “photographer” got caught up in the celebration and forgot to snap pictures of all the delicious food and smiling faces, so this is what we’re working with today! 😬📸

☕🍩 CNA Week Kickoff! 🍩☕

Today we kicked off CNA Week with delicious donuts, pastries, and a coffee bar generously provided by Bristol Hospice! A special shoutout to our very own barista, Ms. Robin, who kept the coffee flowing and the smiles glowing.

We are excited to spend this week celebrating our incredible CNAs who provide compassionate care, comfort, and support to our residents each and every day. Thank you for all that you do—you are truly the heart of our home! ❤️

We celebrated National Rocky Road Ice Cream Day with an ice cream social to help beat this Louisiana heat! 🍦☀️ Residents enjoyed sweet treats, great conversation, and plenty of smiles while cooling off with a delicious scoop (or two) of rocky road. Our Backyard BBQ Family Night was a huge success! ❤️🍔🌭 Our residents and their families enjoyed an evening filled with great fellowship, good food, and lots of laughter. From hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, strawberry pound cake, homemade lemonade, and good ole coke floats — there was something for everyone to enjoy. Most importantly, we made memories together and enjoyed quality time with one another. We sure do know how to pass a good time! ☀️🎶🥤

Yesterday was full of excitement here at Mansfield Nursing Center! In the morning, Bristol Hospice stopped by with Kate & Nate — the adorable pygmy goats from The FarmRanch Zoo. Residents and staff had the best time loving on them and soaking up all the smiles and laughter they brought.

Then that afternoon, our friends from DeSoto Retirement and Rehab joined us for a fun-filled Bingo Blowout complete with popcorn, drinks, and lots of friendly competition. It was a wonderful day full of joy, fellowship, and making memories together!

Mother’s Day 2026 celebrations started Friday when Living Word Church stopped by and gifted all of our women residents and staff beautiful red roses. 🌹

On Sunday, our beautiful ladies wore cream-colored rose corsages handmade by former resident Sylvia Woods Brown. We even let the men join in on the fun for our Mother’s Day brunch where everyone enjoyed delicious donuts & kolaches. 💐🍩

And of course, Mother’s Day wouldn’t be complete without a special photo shoot to capture all the smiles and memories! 📸❤️

Did someone say another rehab to home success story? 🎉

Mr. Adams came to us with one goal on his mind: “I’m going back home and I am going to take care of myself.” With determination, hard work, and the help of our amazing Diamond Rehabilitation team, he did just that!

Congratulations to our Diamond Rehabilitation team on another back-to-back success story — job well done! 👏 And congratulations to Mr. Adams for meeting his goals. We are happy to report he headed home today ready to take care of himself once again. 🏡❤️

We wrapped up Nurse’s Week 2026 with goodie bags, BBQ plates & delicious cupcakes! ❤️ We appreciate and thank each of our nurses so very much for being kind, loving, and compassionate. All of the hard work, long days, and dedication you give never go unnoticed. Thank you for all you do for our residents and our facility each and every day.
