Another beautiful Full Moon Sound Bath tonight. Thank you to everyone who found the time for themselves.

The temperature was perfection as we floated and entered a state of deep relaxation.

July’s Buck Moon remimds us to shed what we want to release and let go…making room for new growth. Just like the bucks shedding their antlers.

Another great sound bath session at the Crestline Public Library this week.

I had my youngest guest! At only 4 years old and will be starting preschool in the fall, a sweet little soul joined her mom.

She did so great! Resting on her own mat and a few times snuggling with her mom.

She said she liked it and it made her smile and sleepy.

There is no age limit on rest and relaxation.

I will be back at the library in the fall.

This week, I had the honor of hosting a short sound bath with a group of widows. Grief is a journey that looks different for everyone, but one thing that stood out to me was the strength of community. People who truly understand, support and care for one another.

For 30 minutes, we paused together, breathed together, and allowed ourselves a moment of rest. It was a privilege to witness these women showing up for themselves and each other.

Thankful for the opportunity to offer a small space for rest, healing and connection. ❤️

I was thrilled when I was asked to host a sound bath for the Black Belts of Budokai Martial Arts.

They are spending the weekend training, camping, being intentional and perfecting their craft.

A few black belts are advancing to a higher degree and showcasing their skills tomorrow.

The Sound Bath was held in the evening, before their nighttime intention fire. We gathered in the field and they welcomed deep rest and relaxation. The rain held off and it was a beautiful evening.

Fun fact, my husband has been training at Budokai for years and this group of people is like a second family.

Sound baths are deeply relaxing, reduce stress & anxiety and help your overall physical & mental well being.

Tuesday - June 9th - 4:30 PM - Free Community Event but you must secure your spot as spaces are limited. Call the library at 419-683-3909.

Over the weekend, I was able to not only provide a sound bath for an amazing group at a Wellness Retreat hosted by the lovely Kustom Health & Wellness but I also got to be a guest at the retreat.

This event was just what my soul needed. Private events are a very large part of The Loud Sound Bath and what I offer to my guests.
