It makes my heart SO happy when a client, years after their birth, texts me on their baby’s birthday. Nearly 10 years later and it is still such an honor to be a part of such a momentous day in every single client’s lives. I have always and will always love what I do!!

On October 15, 1988 President Ronald Reagan said:

'When a child loses his parent, they are called an orphan. When a spouse loses her or his partner, they are called a widow or widower. When parents lose their child, there isn’t a word to describe them. This month recognizes the loss so many parents experience across the United States and around the world. It is also meant to inform and provide resources for parents who have lost children due to miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy, stillbirths, birth defects, SIDS, and other causes.

Now, Therefore, I, Ronald Reagan, President of the United States of America, do hereby proclaim the month of October as Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. I call upon the people of the United States to observe this month with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities.'

This month we remember;
All the babies born sleeping.
Those we've carried but never met.
Those we've held but could not take home.
The ones that came home but could not stay.

Help break the silence.
Help remember our angels.

It’s A rainbow baby is a baby born after a loss. After 2 miscarriages my precious Niko was born. Now at 5 he is my bright light every day and he loves everyone he meets with all his heart. I’m so grateful to be his mama 💜🌈
