🎉 A dream is becoming a reality! 🎉

After more than a year of planning, fundraising, and countless hours of work behind the scenes, Crater Kids Community Daycare officially celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, July 9!

Construction will begin this month as Thoma Flooring & More starts the updates needed to bring the building up to Fire Marshal requirements and move one step closer to opening the doors to Manson families.

This milestone would not be possible without the incredible support of our community, donors, volunteers, and the many people who have contributed time, talents, supplies, and resources along the way. A special thank you once again goes to the United Church of Christ for donating the building and providing the foundation for this project to become a reality.

There is still plenty of work ahead, and fundraising efforts will continue as CKCD works toward completing the building and preparing for opening day. But today, we celebrate a HUGE leap forward!

Stay tuned for more information on a wait list, hiring of a director, and ways you can help us get this project completed as soon as we can!
