Watch my achievements and my downfalls but it is all part of the process of my recovery, to get me to at least start moving my hands to not be able to depend so much on my loved ones. On Sunday, October 6th 2019, Daniel Becerra suffered a major accident while playing soccer breaking his neck and causing a C3-C5 fusion. As a result of the C3-C5 fusion he underwent a 9 hour surgery to repair and res
tore his vertebrae. He remains under observation and the prognosis is to be determined as the doctors don't know when or if he will ever get to walk again. His condition will require ongoing care from doctors and family as he is unable to move from the shoulders down. He is currently at Santa Clara Valley Medical Hospital going through rehabilitation. Daniel Becerra's wife, son Daniel Jr and 2 daughters are taking it day by day and remain by his side and hopeful that he will recover soon. Daniel's recovery will be long and difficult, but with the help and support of family, friends and coworkers it will make recovery easier. Daniel is awake and conscious of his condition and is aware of all the difficulty his family will have while supporting him in his recovery. Some of the things the family will need in this long recovery will be a van to transport him while he recovers. Daniel and his family appreciates all the support and prayers for him and the family. El domingo 6 de octubre del 2019, Daniel Becerra sufrió un grave accidente al jugar al fútbol rompiéndose el cuello cual causo una fusión C3-C5 en el cuello. Como resultado de la fusion C3-C5, Daniel fue sometido a una cirugía de 9 horas para reparar y restaurar su vértebra. Él permanece bajo observación y el prognostico todavia no a sido determinado por los doctores ya que no saven cuando o si prodra caminar otra ves. Su condición requerirá atención y tratamiento continuo de los doctores y familia ya que no se puede mover de los ombros para abajo. Actualmente se encuentra en el Hospital Médico del Valle de Santa Clara para rehabilitación. La esposa de Daniel, su hijo Daniel Jr y sus dos hijas lo estan tomando día a día con la esperanza de que se recuperara pronto. La recuperacion de Daniel sera larga y dificil pero con la ayuda y el apoyo de su familia, amigos y compañeros aran la recuperacion mas facil para el y su familia. Daniel esta despierto y consiente de su condicion y sabe de las complicaciones que su familia tendra al apoyarlo en esta larga recuperacion. La familia necesitara una van para transportarlo mientras que se recupera. Daniel y su familia agradencen su apoyo y oraciones.
