At age 5, children are using complete sentences with mostly accurate grammar, connecting detailed ideas, understanding complex directions, and speech is expected to be clear.

Is anyone else ready for fall?? 🍁🍎🍂 We made Apple Pie-scented Play Doh, then played with it while working on things like:
- Combining words/using sentences
- Using S blends (scoop, spoon, sprinkle, smell)
- Verbs (roll, pour, mix, help, make, wash, wipe)
- Adjectives (yummy, yucky, sticky, wet, dry, hot, cold)

At age 3, children are using complete 3-4 word sentences, using ~400 words, and answering simple questions. Speech sound errors are reducing, resulting in speech getting more clear.
