Bringing the taste of the Great Minnesota Get-Together to our community 😃 Everyone got to spin the prize wheel for some very sweet and very useful prizes 🍫🍬🍭🧻🧼and were treated to a state fair-type lunch 😋 Shout-out to the Dining Team for making an amazingly scrumptious plate of Perogies, grilled sausage, fried green beans and funnel cakes. Thank you to Moments Hospice for providing the delicously cool and refreshing root beer floats along with a generous gift bag raffle prize. A big thanks to musician, Gary Growden, for always blessing us with his outstanding talent and getting us all movin' and groovin' 🎵🎶 A bit more dress up and perfume seem to filter in the air when Gary shows up 🤠😍 A big thanks again to all that made our Great Minnesota Get-Together a wonderful success 🙌

Magnolia Trails residents spent a peaceful morning on the shores of Fish Lake, enjoying the fresh air and scenery. We rounded out the morning with a relaxing yoga session instructed by our Activity Director, Shawn!

Spent a lovely Sunday afternoon watching "The Church Basement Ladies: A Second Helping" at the Plymouth Playhouse 🎭 A fantastic, humorous play that filled the theatre will tons of laughter all-around 😄 A great sequel to the original. Many in our group could relate growing up in that setting. What a hoot 😄

Spent a gorgeous day at the Como Park Zoo & Conservatory 🌞 We had a few first-timers attending. All went well! We saw a number of different animals, perused through the astonishing plant and flower life in the Conservatory and took an absolute beautiful stroll through the Japanese Gardens 🌳 What a full and eventful day. Como always does it well. On to the next outing 🙌

Flashback Friday to earlier this week from our recent "Exercise along the Water" series outing to Medicine Lake Regional Trail! We had quite the walk to get to our destination. But all was well and it was WELL worth the extra distance 🙌 We were nestled in the shade and had a fantastic chair yoga session overlooking a peaceful and serene Elm Creek 🙏 Shout-out to our Dining team for providing us with boxed to-go lunches. Dee-licous as always 😋 Stay tuned as we travel to another new location for our group followed by lunch at an iconic food spot 😃......

Happy World Humanitarian Day! Magnolia Trails residents spent the afternoon assembling food items donated from our Rose Arbor community. Items will then be distributed to families around Maple Grove and MN by CROSS Services.

Our next stop took us to the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum where went on a 3-mile guided tram tour throughout the 1,200 acres of public gardens, tree collections, research plots and protected natural areas. We learned various facts about this stunning Minnesota staple attraction. After the tour, we went up to the Visitor Center and had an absolute delicous lunch. After lunch, we perused around the grounds and further took in the natural beauty of the gardens 🏵🌼🌸🌺🌷 Wonderful and helpful staff as always. We look forward to going back in October to see the breathtaking Fall colors 🍂🍁
