Today begins a new chapter for North Memorial Health.

Our partnership with Sanford Health is now complete, bringing our organizations together as one nonprofit health system.

For our patients, our focus remains the same: providing exceptional care from the providers and teams you know and trust. What changes today is our ability to invest in the future.

Together, we're beginning the work to strengthen essential services, invest in Robbinsdale and Maple Grove hospitals, support our teams and build a more connected healthcare system across Minnesota.

Today, the Minnesota Attorney General announced an agreement on a Memorandum of Understanding related to North Memorial Health’s proposed partnership with Sanford Health.

The agreement reflects many of the priorities we heard from patients, team members and communities throughout the last few months: protect access to care, preserve essential services, support our people and invest in the future of healthcare in Minnesota.

Nothing changes for patients today. You can continue receiving care from the North Memorial Health providers and teams you know and trust.
