This week, you’ll see posters and boxes go up in both our studios for our holiday karma collection! Because we need to drop off the donations in early December, the deadline to drop off unwrapped toys is December 6!

UrbanPromise is an organization right in our area that allows parents to shop with dignity this holiday season. They get to pick out items for the children in their lives at no cost. We’re collecting all the things kids would be excited to receive on Christmas Day: board games, personal care items, science or art kits, coloring books, Play-Doh, and even a really cool pair of pajamas or socks!

Sweat. Serve. Shine!!! ✨

Please give yourself a few extra minutes to get to class on time today, Tuesday, 10/20, and Wednesday, 10/21.

Downtown Medford will be repaving portions of the road from 7 AM–5 PM both days, which may cause traffic delays.

Please drive safely and plan to park in the back parking lot or another public parking lot near the studio.

Thank you for planning ahead and allowing yourself enough time to arrive, settle in, and enjoy your practice!
